Acorn by Synergie are currently looking for experienced Assembly Production Operatives for their client, an award-winning company specialising in cable assembly, wiring looms, and control panels for the automotive, aerospace, rail and security industries.
The company is a long-established, family-run business who really care about their staff, and is based in central Bolton in a modern facility, offering an excellent working environment and accessible transport links.
Due to continued growth, this client is looking for several Experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives for work on a long-term basis to support the growth of their business.
Candidates for the role would ideally have:
* Experience of working in a production environment
* A willingness to work and a good positive attitude
* Experience in soldering electrical components and the ability to follow electrical wiring diagrams
* Able to ensure products are finished to a high standard
* Be dexterous as you will be working with small wiring components
Full training is provided so although the experience above would be ideal, a reliable person who has a good attitude and is willing to work are the main attributes they are looking for.
The successful candidates will be involved in:
* Cable preparation
* Crimping
* Stripping/Snipping wires
* PCB work
* Heat shrinking
* Assembly duties
Hours of work:
* 8am-5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-1pm, Friday
* 37.5 hours per week
The pay rate starts at £10.42 per hour and will increase after completion of all initial training and a probationary period on site.
These rates will increase from the first of April.
Please note these positions start on a secure temporary ongoing basis but permanent opportunities are available for the right candidates.
