A Service Specialist – Facilities provides various administrative support services to our clients which may include office moves, conference room setups, and miscellaneous facilities-related tasks.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Performs office related duties including office moves, replicating appearance in new location; set up of new offices with supplies, ensuring all equipment is functional, and office is presentable; departures, removal of all files delivering them to appropriate personnel, packaging of personal items, and ensuring office is presentable for next occupant

• Sets up conference rooms, meeting special client requirements, including correct table set up, tables are clean, lighting / shading is functional, and room is presentable

• Performs facilities related duties including picture hanging, small furniture set up, infrequent assembly of small furniture and other special needs as required

Key Role:

Serve as a solution architect leading a specialized new group focused on operational excellence and custom development of enterprise business systems. Work across functionally aligned service areas inside our business systems portfolio to first understand and then help optimize their SDLC processes, technical architecture, and key operational metrics, with the intention of collectively improving operational delivery to our customers. Basic Qualifications:

Duties include:

• Measure and publish facility’s PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings.

Requirements include:

About You and This Role

You will create job packages from the work order scope which contains all of the information regarding required labor material and services to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of the work. You will be required to broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. You may act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Commissioning and Start-Up Activities for Poly 7.
• Uses feedback from the person doing the work to optimize the work plans.
• Reviews work orders for technical completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper, if not complete.
• Carries out field checks, when needed.
• Prepares job package and inputs plan into SAP indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
• Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan and identifies materials/tools/equipment required to perform tasks.
• Identifies/solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
• Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by ensuring all job packages include a procedure or the task is on the Procedure Exemption list before the job package is released. Checks that all Maintenance Procedures include a hazard assessment.
• Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review, as needed. Creates, develops, changes, updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change (MOC), as required.

Position Summary: 
This Director level role will lead process optimization and change management efforts across Customer Onboarding.  The individual will partner with the Vice President of Customer Onboarding, and the Executive Director leadership team to identify and execute optimization efforts, including process, organizational design and technology initiatives.  They will work with Operations leaders to establish best-in-class processes and innovate the overall Onboarding experience for athena customers.  The Director of Process Optimization will build and lead a team of process optimization experts that can partner across Customer Onboarding to mine opportunities and drive improvements proactively.
