Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you will be working with a number of different portfolios of work in core, none core and third party and be responsible for working with the Finance Manager and Assistant Management Accountant on the preparation of Management Accounts as well as ensuring the Commercial and Operations team are achieving full financial optimisation.
Duties include;

• Reviewing key financial data in both core and non-core businesses
• Collate and summarise information across the finance, commercial and operations team and providing overview analysis to finance and non-financial managers
• Support Commercial and Operations Managers during external audits
• Work with the commercial and operations to manage internal financial controls, processes and procedures
• Support with analysis required resulting from M&A Activity
• Identify areas of improvement across the business
• Influence non-financial stakeholders with influencing skills
• Manage the accounts apprentice

What you'll need to succeed

• An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
• Experience in Management Accounts
• Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience using SAP would be preferable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our Boys2Men programme and BeLeave (Girls in Gangs) project which aims to provide positive role modelling and mentorship to children and young people aged 12-18 years old. You will facilitate 1-2-1’s, group sessions and workshops to engage and support children and young people in developing life skills, emotional intelligence and leadership abilities. By building community engagement and establishing strong mentor-mentee relationships with programme participants, you will provide guidance, encouragement and support in their personal development journey and you will build positive relationships with parents, guardians, schools and community partners to promote programme participation and support the boys and young men’s overall well-being. As a valued member of our dynamic team, you will proactively work in collaboration to design, develop and deliver age-appropriate content that aligns with the programme's goals and objectives. Please note, this is a fixed-term vacancy until 31st March 2026.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit workplaces to ensure high standard of compliance
• Deliver WHS related training programs and coordinate external WHS related training as needed.
• Lead Incident Investigations, including identification of Root Causes, and development of Corrective Action Strategies as required, in consultation with relevant business unit leaders (including Significant ‘Near Miss’ incidents)
• Liaise with Workers Compensation/Insurance Companies and manage Return to Work Programs for injured employees / contractors as required
• Liaise with management and WorkSafe regarding any Notifiable Incidents
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting suitable for the Senior Leadership Team and the Board
• Work with Safety Contractors to ensure compliance with the Groups WHS Management system,

About the role

Reporting to the Public Health Business Support & Planning Officer, this is a supporting role working within the Business Support Team to provide administrative support to the professional teams of Public Health & Wellbeing, within the Children, Adults and Health department.

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and focused individual who would like to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. As part of this team, you will manage the multiple work streams, projects tasks, programmes and channels which the local Australian team is responsible for across the ANZ and Pacific region; with a pathway to Project Management and associated professions. This person will also meet and exceed all company and individual goals in line with the Company’s policies, procedures and values.

The role involves a range of duties, including but not limited to the following:

• Administrative support of the Project Management Team
• Responsible for managing and tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist the project and business teams to scope and plan projects
• Coordinate internal and external teams for project delivery
• Manage and contribute to project business cases, project risk, issue management and change requests
• Manage and assist in product testing and quality control
• Assist and coordinate in answering technical or process queries
• Take minutes at meetings or workshops
• Manage tasks required for sprint planning
• Report and update project status (monthly updates meeting and quarterly prioritisation meetings)
• Develop project documentation
• Coordinate with the team of international project managers on project delivery tasks
• Manage project closure and ensure proper handover to operations team

• At least 2 years’ experience in working in project coordinator role or environment
• Ability to apply project management method/methodology principles
• Ability to work with internal and external cross functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate and work closely as part of a global team
• Work with limited/minimal supervision on tasks and activities assigned.
• Highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Organised and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
• Intermediate MS Office software skills.

Additional Preferred Qualities:

• Ability to understand the business and acquire product knowledge and procedures;
• Technical/engineering/CS background;
• Tertiary education, Project Management certification is desirable but not required;
• Outgoing Personality and Team Orientated;
• Experience in Banking, Telco, Payment Processing, Transactions Processing is highly desirable but not required;
• Basic SQL knowledge is desirable as well as ability to learn proprietary systems and tools

THE ROLE
As the production planner, you will be working exclusively for our growing nursery function helping the team develop accurate production plans to fulfil tissue culture orders as well tracking real-time activity to ensure adherence to plans. Your work will involve using our internal IV System (Invitro soft) for all inventory management, planning and reporting activities.  Youll be expected to become an IVS super user and provide guidance, training and support to other users of the system.  Additionally, the role evaluates compliance within IVS and other plant production systems as necessary.
