Position Summary:

The Manager of Business Process Transformation within our Technology Enabled Services (TES) organization will report into our Executive Director of Business Process Transformation. We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional who is excited about finding new ways to help an established and successful department drive further efficiencies and value creation.   The ideal candidate is equally excited about identifying problems/crafting strategies and leading execution of initiatives that drive financial performance.  This role is intended to be a healthy balance of designing strategy and executing key projects. The ideal candidate will be equal parts strategist and operator.  This role will be the second hire on a new business process transformation team, so this team member will have an exciting opportunity to shape the strategy and growth of the group.

• Proactively, and in partnership with Executive Director of Business Process Transformation, identify problem areas, and craft and lead initiatives to drive improvement across key revenue cycle metrics

• Build effective relationships with client groups, stakeholders, peers, and athenistas across various levels and departments

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree

• 5-7 years of professional experience

• Deep healthcare experience with providers, payers, health-tech, or service providers.  Direct healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred

The Role

As a Maintenance Planner based at our cGMP Manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning of maintenance for GMP/non-GMP process support instrumentation and equipment. Your role will be crucial in improving planning and scheduling processes across the company.

• Plan and coordinate Utilities and metrology work orders for preventative, corrective maintenance, and calibrations.

Position Summary

The Strategy & Analytics team helps shape the generic pharmaceutical sourcing strategy for Red Oak Sourcing, a 50/50 joint venture between two Fortune 15 companies – Cardinal Health and CVS Health. The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to help run a wide variety of ongoing and ad hoc projects that inform both daily generic pharmaceutical sourcing operations and longer-term strategy and data innovation. The Role

Moderna continues to leverage its novel mRNA platform to expand the R&D portfolio and open new therapeutic applications for mRNA across diseases and therapeutic areas. R&D Strategy plays a crucial role for Moderna to achieve its mission to deliver the greatest possible impact to people through mRNA medicines by supporting critical research and development decisions.

The R&D Strategy team operates across research and development to provide analysis and guidance from discovery through development. The team executes a portfolio of strategy projects comprised of:
