Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. Will also responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including recruiting, training, and development of their professional skills.

• Serves as the principal liaison between EPIQ, the client’s administration and the site employees

Job Description:

Provide records creation, circulation, storage, tracking, transfer and retention services as defined or outlined in EPIQ’s service agreement with client.

• Register new files and track the circulation of files to and from client staff in Records Management System (RMS) database

The Business Process Auditor is a highly skilled member of the department with working knowledge of auditing claims principles and practices. The incumbent utilizes auditing/investigative skills to examine, evaluate and determine appropriateness of information and/or processes. The Auditor prepares procedures and reports to document audit results and support any corrective actions. Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services

• Set-up meeting rooms as specified

• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies

• Clean pantry and kitchen as needed

Job Description:

This role will be critical in helping ensure multiple areas of administrative duties are fulfilled to successfully deliver on our service commitments in a timely and effective manner. Administrative duties may include things like handling and distributing mail, copying, printing, hospitality, reception, filing, or other services defined or outlined in Epiq’s service agreement with client.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
• Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations
• Barista Role, brewing/serving coffee drinks and espresso drinks.
