We are looking to recruit Facilities Business Partners to provide oversight and management of an OHC&AT hub of school and college sites. You will report to the Head of Facilities and work within a geographic hub. A key part of the role will be to build strong relationships with our school and college leadership teams as well as working collaboratively with our local facilities teams. As an experienced facilities professional you will be expected to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of our sites and manage Trust wide facilities contracts in collaboration with local facilities teams evidencing the quality of our service delivery using agreed Key Performance Indicators. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious Maths Hub Project Coordinator, to work with work within the East Midland Maths Hub.

The East Midlands East Maths Hub is an approachable, inclusive and supportive community which provides a research informed approach to mathematics education across all phases.

Through working collaboratively: regionally, nationally and internationally we aim to share our expertise to challenge, improve, sustain and inspire the teaching of mathematics across the region; increasing pupil participation, outcomes and engagement with mathematics.

This role forms a central part of the work of the Maths Hub and they will work closely with other staff to support, develop and further extend the work of the Maths Hub.

The successful candidate will: project manage and coordinate the planning, delivery, evaluation and hosting of events; oversee projects and tasks within the Operations Team; and provide routine, general, clerical and administrative support to the Maths Hub.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic person to lead our Capital Projects Team with overall responsibility for leading the delivery of a multi-million pound service across the Trust. Some things we need from you:

Hold a relevant construction related professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, ARB, APM and/or RTPI) or have the equivalent experience.

Experience in a management or supervisory role.

A strong understanding of development procedures and good practice, with knowledge of current construction and health and safety regulations.

Enjoy a challenge and seeking solutions.

Familiar with Homes England grant funding and understand the information requirements.

Ability to build good working relationships.

Knowledge of section 106 and how these developments are administered and delivered.

- Carry out structured diagnostics with clients, agreeing an action plan, offering advice and/or brokering support as appropriate using a Balanced Scorecard.

- Maintain records of all relevant documentation to meet quality and contractual requirements.

3. IDEALLY APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS

- Relevant and demonstrable experience working with customers in a business advisory capacity.
- A good understanding of business – working with businesses, including resilience and the barriers to growing a business.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skills in and experience of social media (including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook platforms).
- Build and maintain relationships with economic development partners such as local authorities, networks, membership organisations and business support providers.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Lead to join our team in Nottingham.

Job Description:
As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting tenants within the NCCHS properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Tenancy Management: Handle all aspects of tenancy management, including addressing antisocial behavior and enforcing tenancy agreements.
• Multi-Agency Coordination: Organize and manage multi-agency meetings to ensure suitable support for beneficiaries.
• Tenant Support: Facilitate the sign-up and onboarding of new tenants to the Housing First programme, providing ongoing support to help them settle and thrive in their new homes.
• Casework Management: Deliver end-to-end casework management services for Housing First and Housing Led tenancies, ensuring that tenants receive the necessary support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting tenants in their homes and NCCHS properties to provide on-site support and address any issues.
• Working from home as needed to manage visits, commitments, and appointments efficiently.
• Engaging with tenants to build trust and foster a supportive community environment.
• Collaborating with external agencies and partners to coordinate comprehensive support services.

Requirements:

Property Project Coordinator

Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid working, 3 days office working, 2 days from home.)

We're currently seeking an experienced Property Project Coordinator to join our Property Team based within our Birmingham Head Office.

This role will require a highly organised individual to support the planning, execution and completion of our property portfolio-based projects. You will have excellent experience in project coordination as well as the ability to work closely with our internal stakeholders and wider property team to ensure we meet internal deadlines and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

What the day-to-day will look like in this role:

• Organise and attend appropriate regular project status review meetings; maintain minutes, and follow up actions with attendees.
• Compile project update trackers, and input appropriate information & updates throughout project timelines.
• Arranging clearance of furniture and other items for any closed branches within a specific timeframe.
• Managing our chosen approved contractors to deliver efficient service and quality of work is provided.
• Assist in the preparation and management of lease agreements and maintain accurate records of lease terms, tenant information and payment histories.
• Liaise with our appointed Managing Agents to provide information on the residential portfolio and provide updates on disposals and lease agreements.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced Administrator/Coordinator, preferably within a property or estates-based team, with the ability to manage fast-paced workloads and changing priorities.
• Demonstratable success in coordinating multiple projects in parallel and hitting target deadlines.
• PC literate, with a great understanding of how to navigate systems (i.e. Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft packages).
• A conscious self-starter who enjoys working on their own initiative and can make decisions independently to ensure a smooth process of duties.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with property owners and other stakeholders to facilitate our property projects throughout.
