Digital Building Components, a part of the DPR family of companies, is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for all aspects of our construction projects, from design phase to completion.  We are looking for someone who understands the construction and fabrication process fully.  The ideal candidate will be driven with strong leadership skills and the ability to work with other disciplines both internally and outside the organization. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This role will require supervision of multiple personnel within the project team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage projects through the design and coordination process:

• Manage overall project budgets and schedules to delivery fabrication project in accordance with customers’ expectations.

• Coordinate the architectural design, structural engineering, and modeling progress.

• Coordinate scope and design with the general contractor and adjacent subcontractors during design phase.

• Manage the preparation of permit documents for submission to proper parties.

• Manage the overall process of achieving approval to fabricate from the general contractor/architect.

• Manage the internal model coordination process and ensure projects are coordinated timely and effectively.

• Coordinate installation with installation teams and general contractor.

• Provide support to the installation team should questions or issues arise during installation.

Manage Project Financials:

• Oversee and Design/Engineering/Modeling/PM budget status and team performance.

• Track potential project impacts, prepare, submit, and negotiate change orders as required.

• Prepare and submit project billings, as well as forecast costs.

Customer Service:

• Be the main point of contact with the customer from award of project through installation.

• Proactively communicate and respond to their needs, providing great service while also looking managing our business interests.

• Build strong relationship with customers and external project teams by working in an open and collaborative manner.

• Supports and interacts with internal and external project team members.

• Maintains strong communication to customers regarding material status and project schedule on a regular basis.

• Occasional travel to project sites for coordination and planning purposes.

• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position Summary:

The Fox Project Manager role requires a self-motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment with multiple departments to ensure an on time and successful launch for a given product is achieved.

Position Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, requirement documents, facilitating design reviews, sample demand, manufacturing activities, testing activities, and hosting weekly/monthly project status reviews. 

• Consults with project cross functional team members to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

• Directs and coordinates activities of project scope to ensure project progress is on schedule and within required budget.

Job Summary:

Manages a group of team leaders and analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting/ analysis and operational performance. Must possess three years of experience in a healthcare or related environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience. Must demonstrate expertise in information technology and healthcare. Needs experience in medium to large scale project planning and reporting either individually or in a team. Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Requires ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels. Ability to balance project workloads with customer support and on-call demands. As is typical in this industry, variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required.

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage advanced analytics, Power BI, SQL and Snowflake Computing to transform data elements into actionable and informative business intelligence products. As a key contributor to our growing Managed Services Program, the Senior Analyst will join an energetic reporting & analysis team dedicated to providing the organization’s top clients with robust business intelligence solutions. This position will recommend, track, trend, and compute key economic and operational opportunities for our client base.

Job Responsibilities

• Designs and builds data models for drill-down exploration and visualization to develop, optimize, and improve dashboards and detect areas of improvement in existing BI products
• Drives data warehouse and retrieval system with the use of SQL and Snowflake Computing
• Drives complex analytics, root cause analysis, and quantitative modeling to consider various alternatives and support strategies to improve order fulfillment
• Possesses advanced problem-solving skills, the ability to investigate and analyze complex data sets and models to uncover trends, insights, and develop creative solutions
• Builds highly flexible and repeatable data transformation processes to deliver findings to the client audience
• Develops forecasting models and advanced analytics to deliver accurate predictions of future trends
• Coaches and mentors clients and colleagues on the successful use of business intelligence
• Contributes to client outcomes, success stories, and opportunities to drive client retention
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to optimally communicate complex insights and information to senior leadership and clients

Education

Bachelor's Degree | Computer and Information Science; Business Analytics |

Minimum Work Experience

• 4+ years’ experience in business, finance, or accounting setting
• 4+ years of SQL and Database Management experience
• 4+ years of reporting and Visualization experience
• 4+ years experience programming in any language; Python preferred

Key Skills

• Experience in the development or reporting of operational or financial metrics
• Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, M required
• Experience in SAP Fieldglass data structure and reporting preferred
