The Enterprise Applications - IT team is a strategic business partner to our organization delivering effective and innovative technology solutions. We partner with groups across the company including sales, marketing and finance to deliver and maintain high quality scalable technology solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the solution design and delivery for our finance processes. The successful candidate will understand and own all finance processes associated with quote to cash. Procure to pay as well as record to report functionality. She/he will provide structure and leadership to projects, understand the Intapp business requirements, provide guidance on best practices and standard functionality and translate needs into technical solutions.   Additionally, this position will oversee the delivery of IT services and projects and ensure internal client satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Become an expert in Intapp’s finance processes and systems and bring strong functional knowledge about finance processes to the table.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help define the solutions.
• Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stack
• Responsible for owning finance system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Pair understanding of business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical roadmaps
• Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work with all management to address them.
• Work with development and project teams to deliver finance process improvements in terms of enhancement as well as projects.
• Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track.
• Translate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iteratively
• Establish and bring new efficiencies and insights through systematic solutions
• Document business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions
• Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomes
• Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation
• Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including NetSuite. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests

What you will need:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 8+ years Business Analyst experience
• Experience with finance processes – AR/GL/ revenue accounting and Order, contract management and billing, financial consolidation and reporting, month/quarter/year end close 
• Prior experience with ERP systems especially NetSuite and integration with CRM (Saleforce), NetSuite ARM, Billing solutions (like Salesforce Billing, NetSuite or Zone billing), FP&A tools like Adaptive, Anaplan etc.
• Best practices are your best friend
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ year of experience
• 8+ years of relevant BSA experience in ERP, QTC, P2P and R2R Space
• Hands on experience with NetSuite
• OpenAir experience is plus

For California based roles, Base Pay Range is $1650000/yr - $180,000/yr.  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.

What You Will Do:

The Transmission Planning Engineer-Energy Markets West plays a key role in developing, proposing, and delivering solutions related to Transmission Planning, especially focused on the changing industry dynamics as part of a clean energy future. This Transmission Planning Engineer-Energy Markets West position is a highly challenging role that draws heavily upon all of the analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills essential to delivering effective regulatory and general strategy consulting engagements. It is essential for the Transmission Planning Engineer-Energy Markets West to have the ability to assume complete ownership of projects while at the same time being a part of a team. 

The Transmission Planning Engineer will also function as a consultant and must organize their own tasks and schedules in carrying out substantial business analyses and delivering high-quality, client-ready work.  As our clients are often large with complex systems, the Transmission Planning Engineer must demonstrate considerable poise and business maturity to perform effectively and add value in the client environment.  The Transmission Planning Engineer-Energy Markets West must effectively represent and advocate for Guidehouse and our clients in multiple industry forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transmission planning (and operations) strategy and solutions focused on coordinated operations, infrastructure resilience, and reliability assessments
• Manage and act as technical solution delivery lead/consultant on projects related to electrical transmission system planning studies to determine transmission requirements, and generation additions & retirements
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly grasp various transmission planning concepts, practices and procedures, and ability to apply Transmission Planning reliability criteria to perform analysis
• Perform power systems analysis including transmission planning feasibility studies, System Impact Studies and Generator Interconnection Studies
• Perform Steady State, Dynamic Stability Simulation, Voltage Stability Simulation, and Short Circuit Analysis
• Study thermal overloads and recommend mitigations / transmission upgrades
• Develop / fine tune dynamic models for conventional and inverter-based resources (IBRs) and implement them for stability/transient simulation based analysis

What You Will Need:

• Due to nature of client engagements, must be a current US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or power systems engineering
• 2 to 7 years United States Bulk Electric System (BES) professional work experience excluding internships, co-ops, academic research, or fellowships
• In-depth knowledge of transmission and distribution systems from a planning and operations standpoint
• Familiarity with and ability to quickly become adept at FERC, NERC, and state regulatory requirements and processes
• Ability to travel
• Technical understanding and ability to learn various power systems engineering tools such as PSLF / POWERWORLD Simulator/ PSSE / ASPEN / TARA/ CAPE / DSA Tools / PSCAD or EMPT

The Receptionist position will provide hospitality and reception or other services defined or outlined in Epiq’s service agreement with client.            

Essential Job Responsibilities

General:

• Monitor and listen to clients to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate information about the facilities and services with prompt assistance

• Perform basic mathematical calculations using a calculator/computer to accurately figure production time and labor time associated with any copy, print, scan or production requests

• Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing and mailing out client packages (i.e. parcel deliveries, messenger services, etc.)

• Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, overtime, logs and entries throughout his/her shift

Reception:

El Analista Sénior de Unidad de Negocios de TI es un rol profesional experimentado. Integra la experiencia en la materia y la industria dentro de un área definida. Evalúa temas variables y moderadamente complejos con impacto potencial considerable, donde el desarrollo de un enfoque/toma de medidas implica evaluar diversas alternativas y equilibrar situaciones potencialmente contradictorias utilizando diversas fuentes de información. Requiere buenas habilidades analíticas para filtrar, priorizar y validar material potencialmente complejo y dinámico de múltiples fuentes. Se requieren sólidas habilidades comunicativas y diplomáticas. Generalmente asume un rol informal/formal de liderazgo dentro de los equipos. Participa en la orientación y la capacitación de nuevos empleados. Responsabilidades:

• Controla el desempeño de la unidad de negocios contra el plan de negocios de TI y acuerdos de nivel de servicios. Identificar brechas.
• Trabaja con fusiones y adquisiciones y actividades de contratación y colocación.
• Contribuye o crea comunicaciones internas. Crea y prepara informes, métricas y presentaciones. Muestra sólida comprensión de conceptos y principios en su propia área y conocimientos básicos de estos elementos en otras áreas de la tecnología.
• Aplica una comprensión integral del modo en que las distintas áreas se integran de manera colectiva para contribuir a la concreción de los objetivos comerciales.
• Actúa como asesor o instructor para los empleados nuevos o de menor nivel. Realiza juicios evaluativos en función del análisis de información objetiva en situaciones complicadas y únicas.
• Tiene un impacto directo en la empresa garantizando la calidad del trabajo asignado por sí mismo y por los demás; influye en el equipo propio y en los equipos de trabajo cercanos. Muestra habilidades sólidas○de diplomacia y comunicación integral para intercambiar información compleja.
• Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

Calificaciones:

• Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en un rol de planificación de tecnología.
• Habilidades de liderazgo y desarrollo.

Educación:

• Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.
• Ingles intermedio-avanzado

Deseable

• Conocimientos en procesos de AML, Citi Know Your Customer
• Conocimientos en procesos de desarrollo de proyectos de tecnología (SDLC, Agile, Scrum)
• Habilidad de análisis de procesos y documentación de los mismos, comunicación proactiva, buenas prácticas para planificación y ejecución de tareas
• Experiencia en herramientas de control y seguimiento como JIRA, CAMPs, BRMs, Renaults, P2P
