We're looking for an Apprentice Project Manager to join our Rail projects sector. Telent Rail is maintaining operationally critical telecommunications systems that keep stations open and trains running, by providing integrated telecommunications solutions across many of the UK's rail infrastructures such as Network Rail, HS1, Crossrail and Train Operating Companies, TfGM, Transport Scotland and Mersey Travel. This will be a mixture of Telecommunications, Networking and IT projects.

• Support and learn about project scope, goals, deliverables, and risk and issue management, reporting, milestone achievements, financial management, comms and engagements, and benefits management.

Job Purpose To provide high level, high quality executive support to enable the Chair and Chief Executive Officer to carry out their functions effectively. Duties and Responsibilities The post holder will: Be an ambassador for the organisation and will be expected at all times to present a professional, welcoming and helpful image to colleagues and other organisations including providers and the public. Manage the diary of the CEO and Chair coordinating and prioritising appointments, ensuring there is effective communication to all relevant parties and making all the necessary arrangements including travel.
