Job Description

The Strategy Manager conducts research and analysis in their areas of responsibility to understand the market situation, its’ competitive landscape, customer needs, and UPS capabilities. He/She develops an understanding of UPS offerings and capabilities and external factors which impact UPS strategies. The Strategy Manager conducts detailed MCCU (Market, Competitor, Customer, and UPS) assessments. Salary: $170,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

• You will serve as the Information Technology (IT) Installation Project Manager providing oversight and on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical support of NAVWAR IT and C4ISR installation and modernization at Shore sites.
• You will apply practical knowledge of and skills in applying a wide range of technical engineering methods, principles, requirements, work techniques, and practices in an area of IT installation specialization.
• You will provide on-site technical support to existing equipment, installation and conversion of new equipment, and logistical support to the Local Navy Authority (or equivalent) and prime government contractors.
• You will perform on multiple complex projects, advise on and/or resolve difficult or without-precedent, factual, procedural, and/or recurring issues.
• You will participate in the development of designs, plans, and solutions to ensure viable options are proposed for equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.

Starting at $103,409 Per Year (NO 5)

• You will lead and manage information technology projects to provide a unique service or product.
• You will provide analysis, reporting, coordinating, and facilitating IPT or working groups to meet project objectives.
• You will plan, monitor, control, and report on project/program activities through the development of Project Management Plans, System Engineering Plans, schedules, Risk Management Plans, and Resource Management plans.
• You will Manage requirements identification and analysis development of information systems to include testing strategies, plans, and/or scenarios for customers information systems, environments, and/or infrastructures for the project/programs.
• You will manage stakeholder requirements from internal/external agencies which may include highly unstructured settings to justify, defend, negotiate, or settle matters or issues.

• Build great relationships and trust with customers through strong communication including new product presentations and delivering on promises made.
• Represent the brand and promote Daikin through industry events.

You will have a proven track record in sales, being able to demonstrate that through strategy planning, collaboration, and delivery.
