The Associate Project Manager provides task-based support and delivery of projects in a timely manner to the client

Production Coordination

• Identify project’s requirement and set-up the workflow.
• Manage “end-to-end" the localization cycle of the assigned project, ensuring on-time delivery and highest quality standards are consistently applied to all production and communication aspects.

The Project Manager will consistently meet or exceed client expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and cost efficiency on every project. • Centralize and manage all translation work to align with company quality standards and project budgets.
• Setup and monitor research progress in field, responding in real time to changes or challenges, in order to meet desired objectives.
• Execute and manage multiple market research projects at one time through the pre-field and fielding processes, often at different phases.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met on market research projects through performing quality control.
• Perform administrative tasks including maintaining timely and accurate project documentation and timesheets.
  
  Education and Experience Required:
• Master's / Bachelor’s degree
• Overview in international project research with around 1 year experience.

Take full responsibility for efficiently managing online data collection projects across multiple accounts while maintaining and fostering positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

• Independently manage multiple research projects at various stages, from initial sale to final delivery, with minimal supervision, ensuring flawless execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Review and assess project specifications and research designs for fielding and data collection.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, recommendations, and escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Efficiently utilize Sago systems throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to provide timely progress updates.
• Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and monitor the field to ensure timely completion of required quotas, including managing reprovals, quota reports, and field reports.
