Would you like to join our friendly team within Education Property and Site Management? The Education Site Management Service is an exciting and innovative team. We are looking for an individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is able to think and work both independently and strategically.
The post holder will project manage new initiatives from development through to implementation stage as directed by the Facilities Section Manager.
This is a role that will suit if you can work flexibly, independently, and within a team environment.
The Post Holder will need to be highly organised with excellent communication and literacy skills.
Based in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, this role offers flexible working options for a work life balance - the role also requires travelling to and from schools within Conwy.
