What is the job role?

An opportunity has arisen in the Business Systems (Adults) Team. This is a fast-paced working environment, incorporating a wide variety of skills. This is an exciting time to join us, as we move towards implementing a new system to enable our colleagues to meet their statutory responsibilities in delivering outstanding service to the public.

Working closely with colleagues across Adult Services, ICT and Performance Teams, you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in systems and project management, using data analysis to inform developments.

You’ll provide expert support to the users of our main business systems, to ensure good quality and timely record-keeping and effective use of corporate, financial and physical resources.

You will contribute toward the development of systems, users and processes to ensure the systems are up-to-date, relevant and supportive of the work and priorities of the service, its staff and customers. You will also need to be able to explain technical and process-related information to non-technical staff and relate these to core business processes.

The ROLE

Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team. Covering the UK the role is a mix of Account Management (you will be given several significant accounts to manage) and new business development.

The CANDIDATE

The successful Business Development Manager (allied to the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation) candidate will possess;

The role of Business Development Manager will be an integral addition to the Business Development Team, mapping out all acute mental health services nationwide to develop admissions for The Langford Centre.

We have a total of 8 homes and 1 hospital that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager will work to improve Bramley Health's market position and foster initiatives that help achieve financial growth. They will manage business development activities by driving sales activities and the acquisition of new admissions, referrals, clients, and new business, mapping out all acute mental health services nationwide to develop admissions for The Langford Centre specifically.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Building relationships with Integrated Care Boards, mental health trusts, local authorities, and continuing healthcare teams nationwide
o Set and meet agreed targets for specific care home leads, customer meetings, follow up, and sales leads
o Manage the BD Executive and Referrals Coordinator to drive referrals for customers through to admissions in a timely manner to meet objectives and always deliver customer satisfaction
o Handle and respond to sales enquiries for new business by responding promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates
o Research projects in segmented areas where we have the least traction to maximise our exposure and to seek new business contacts
o Conduct customer visits in services to enhance the experience and create a positive impression and maximise conversion rates
o Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs in your priority areas linked to new care home openings


KEY SKILLS

o Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a healthcare BDM role
o Experience within a similar healthcare organisation or the NHS
o Target focused and sales driven
o Good communication and organisation skills
o Results driven, pro-active approach to own workload
o Understanding of a CRM database
o Time management and prioritisation skills
o Customer service focused

They focus on providing more sustainable solutions for their clients which include a key focus on heat pumps.
Your new role
As an Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing electrical upgrade projects within the commercial industry. Your responsibilities will include meeting clients face to face, overseeing NEC4 contracts, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for project management related to electrical installations, working on projects with a value ranging from 2 million to 15 million.What you'll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities: *Meeting clients in person to understand their requirements and expectations. *Managing NEC4 contracts for commercial industry projects. *Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. *Overseeing electrical installations and ensuring they meet quality standards. *Leading project teams and ensuring timely completion within budget.Requirements: *8-10 years of proven project management experience. *Extensive experience in project Mechanical management from a pipefitting background. *Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts. *Application experience with clients in a commercial setting. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Proven ability to manage projects within the specified budget and timeframe. *A track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations.What you'll get in return
