Coventry City Council’s Adult Services have a simple vision and strategy: “Providing support, in the least intrusive manner possible, based on the assets, resources and abilities that are available to people.”
We deliver this strategy through delivering a wide range of vital services, such as;
- Working with adults of all ages with care and support needs and their carers

- Enabling people to live independent and fulfilled lives by providing direct support
- Conducting Financial Assessments
- Improving performance of the wider service
The Business Systems Teams support both Adult and Children’s Services, working with internal colleagues, external partners, and external organisations. We handle user queries, application incidents and improve the performance of our wider service through system developments and process improvements.
Our ValuesIn line with our One Coventry Values we strive to have a workforce that reflects our local communities and welcome applicants from all sections of the community.
