What You Will Do:
Managing Consultants have responsibility and ownerships of client management, solution development and implementation, and drive project results. You will develop and own the delivery of project workstreams in coordination with project leadership and will interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes creating material aligned to project scope and timelines and leading day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Managing Consultants are expected to both prepare and review material that has been drafted by supporting team members to communicate well-organized, effective findings and presentations to internal leadership and client executives. You will lead, coach, and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

What You Will Need:
Requires a university degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant work experience in healthcare and/or consulting.
Experience working with payers across strategic growth, financial / contracting, operational / capability offerings, or product design.
Understanding of market and financial analysis in context of healthcare payer and provider partnerships.
Experience with value-based arrangements and other alignment strategies between payers and providers.
Experience with healthcare data analysis to support strategic opportunity, operational improvement, or financial resiliency.
Ability to analyze current state and deliver future state recommendations through process change and data modeling.
Knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources and publicly available payer / provider performance and demographic data.
High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to independently produce documents flawlessly.
Strong quantitative, structured problem solving, and organizational skills are required.
Strong leadership, team management, and project ownership skills.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
MS, MBA, MPH, MHA or a similar graduate degree is preferred.
Related PhD concentration is also acceptable.
4 plus years previous healthcare strategy consulting experience is preferred.
Travel is an expectation and may be required, depending on client assignment and practice needs.
During this interview you will complete a case study that will be presented verbally by the interviewer. You will be asked to respond to a series of scenarios.
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
