What You’ll Get to Do

CACI has an immediate opening for an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to be a member, and transition into team leadership and task assignments of the application configuration, development, and support team for CACI’s P2P procurement platform. This system maintains all functional aspects of Supplier Management and Source-to-Pay business processes. Additionally, multiple integrations exist in and out bound to financial system, MRP/PLM platform, and several 3rd party webservices. Candidate will have the opportunity to exercise several skills to requirements gathering, data analysis, interface design, application configuration, testing, etc. The business/systems analyst candidate must have technical aptitude for the design and implementation of new business requirements.

This opening will be an integral member of the team, taking responsibility, working with functional stakeholders and software change agents to document new requirements, communicate and collaborate design and solutioning of the request with the rest of the support team, and see the implementation through from inception to completion.

More About the Role

• This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.
• Prepare Logic statements used within the rules that control the application using both Out of the box designer as well as custom queries built using Structured Querying Language (SQL).
• Implement low-code configurations to the front-end SaaS application.
• Discuss and understand software code written with .NET/C#.
• Work closely with other business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
• Conduct unit tests and document findings.
• Support formal testing in a controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
• Adhere to program configuration change control standards.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Education can be a degree in computer science, business information systems or similar field.
• Prior experience performing all aspects of standard SDLC for a production enterprise system.
• Knowledge and ability to perform commands against SQL Server database using SQL
• Minor programming experience using different programming languages or suitable educational background.
• Effective communicator and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and understand both functional and technical aspects of an enterprise system and lifecycle.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• Prior programming experience is preferred.
• Experience with Procurement and other related back-office systems

Job Description:

In this role, with minimal supervision, you will independently perform all aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems for an assigned project, or a designated area of a large project.  The successful candidate is also responsible for reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies.  Provides technical guidance to lower level field engineering personnel.  Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.    
 

Responsibilities:

• Performs difficult and very complex field engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project.  

• Maintains first level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within his/her discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards. 

• Supervises the construction engineering work and provide technical expertise for one or more of the construction engineering disciplines, as well as survey personnel.  

• Supervises Construction Inspectors, ensuring that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures.  

• Monitors and coordinates all contractors' activities for assigned area.  

• Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees. 

• Ensures that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.  

• Establishes and maintains liaison with the discipline design engineering staff. 

• Reviews and interprets discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current re vision level and correct technical execution of the work.  

• Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s); coordinates application of solutions.  

• Develops discipline construction schedules and monitors progress. 

• Provides schedule and progress appraisal report to the Construction Manager.  

• Monitors material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedule within the assigned discipline. 

• Ensures that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.  

• Organizes the accumulation of assigned discipline data for the final project turnover and report.  

• Initiates and maintains records, backcharge procedures, progress reports, etc., as required.  

• Interfaces with the client and upper level management.  

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.    

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field, or equivalent construction related work experience, as well as 8+ years of experience in field construction is required 

• Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred

• Requires a comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction related processes, as well as industry practices

• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, a familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and construction, and the proven ability for performing in a lead capacity on a project

Compensation and Benefits:

$61,600.00 - $88,000.00

The base salary represents BMO Financial Group’s hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

Base salary is one component of BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package for employees, which may include performance-based incentives, commissions or discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
