R&M Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Ashington

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,754 per annum

About the role:

Provide actionable insight to support continuous improvement of products, services and cost management and clearly demonstrate outcomes that support value for money and mitigate risk.
Deliver key performance management information and detailed analysis accurately, on time and in full, narrating trends and key insights to assist service delivery.
Collaborate with the Data & Business Intelligence Team in the development of reporting dashboards, templates and metrics.
Support the R&M team to maintain and improve data quality by ensuring agreed processes are robustly followed in their day-to-day roles updating the various core systems, ensuring data is input accurately to allow for timely reporting.
Create a strong data governance culture across the R&M team


About you:

You’ll need:

Proven experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyse and present data to support forecasting and service improvement activities and plans
An understanding of data warehouse management, architecture and maintenance
An understanding of data cleansing and transferring data between systems
Strong focus on data governance and quality
Good interpersonal skills to understand staff requirements and translate these into appropriate outputs
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Organisational and documentation skills

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary (6 month), full-time Band 3 Project Administrative Assistant in the Community Governance Team within Northumbria Healthcare Trust.

The post holder will be expected to:

· Provide administrative support to the manager of a specific project.

Essential criteria



· Knowledge of administrative procedures, including specialised IT systems and project management, training knowledge, acquired through formal training or experience to NVQ 3 diploma level equivalent

· Significant experience of using Microsoft based office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

· Computer Literate

· Ability to work to tight deadlines

· Strong communicational and interpersonal skills

· Organisational skills

· The ability to prioritise work as appropriate and unsupervised
