Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
· Facilitate requirement confirmation and design workshops, engaging projects, stakeholders from various teams (e.g., Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance).
· Identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions.
· Develop functional design deliverables, including page-flow, business logic, and validation specifications.
· Provide design handover to the Application team for implementation.
· Conduct post-build verification to ensure alignment with design specifications.
· Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Readiness Testing (BRT).
Skills / Experience Required:
Mandatory:
· Strong communication skills with demonstrated project management and scope control abilities.
· Proactive and results-oriented with a commitment to driving task closure.
· Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.
· Expertise in Requirements Analysis and proficiency with Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy.
Preferred:
· Familiarity with Telco B2B Order Management processes.
· Experience with Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms.
