Leidos has upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of US AFRICOM’s mission objectives. Leidos Digital Modernization sector has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Business Intelligence Analyst. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

Clearance: You must hold a current DoD Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

What will you do in this role?

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable business insights.

• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.

Data Modeling and Querying:

• Design and maintain data models to support business reporting and analysis.

• Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.

• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Business Intelligence Tools:

• Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards.

• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of BI tools to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Train end-users on BI tool usage and self-service reporting.

Data Integration and ETL:

• Work with data engineers to integrate and transform data from different sources.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality and consistency

• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to streamline data integration.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and data requirements.

• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in meetings to gather and clarify reporting needs and objectives.

These are the Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS + 8 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 10 years recent specialized or a major cert + 12 years recent specialized or 14 years of recent specialized experience

• Active Secret Clearance (no waiver) with ability to obtain and maintaining a TS/SCI clearance.

• DOD 8570 IAT 2 compliance

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling is a plus.

Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Project Manager to work in a hybrid onsite and remote setting in support of a Federal Agency in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Works under the direction of the Lead Project Manager.

• Manager with primary responsibility for all support provided to a particular case, group of cases, or a particular task order.

• May be responsible for more than one active case at a time; a caseload of six to ten "moderately active, moderately-sized" cases are typical, with several of the cases possibly in the discovery and/or document review stage, one case in trial, several in the deposition preparation/witness binder stage, etc.  Extremely large or active cases may reduce the number of other cases handled by a Project Manager. 

• Government's primary point of contact for all support for the case.

• Frequent contact with the COR, Government trial attorneys, client agency staff, and sometimes opposing counsel.

• Responsible for planning and managing all support for the case, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing and eDiscovery support, and obtaining other required resources. 

Basic Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master’s Degree in a related field required and 5+ years of experience

• Five years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects, eDiscovery, and E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)

• Two years of supervisory experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Technology Assisted Review experience valued.

• Trial Experience

• PMP certification valued

• Consults with the COR concerning overall operations, scheduling, work assignments, staffing, progress reporting, and security.

• Responsible for overall quality assurance and timeliness of delivery for all work performed on the task order(s).

Basic Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master’s Degree in a related field required and 5+ years of experience

• Six years of experience in U.S. federal government contract management

• 10 years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects, eDiscovery, and E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) including management experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Experience working in a matrixed environment a strong plus
• Knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training and labor relations
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and Recruitment Software in a high volume setting
• Advanced decision making, consistent application to make solid decisions based on data gathering
• Able to conduct complex investigations, assess and recommend employee development plan
• Team player with exceptional customer service skills, integrity and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
• Open to and actively seeks out feedback on their performance and translates that feedback into action

Responsibilities:

• Certification:
  • Oversee and manage the process of obtaining and maintaining the necessary FAA certifications for aircraft, equipment, personnel and operations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, designers, manufacturers, customers, regulators, auditors and inspectors.
  • Review and approve technical documentation as necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our ODA and engineering partners to ensure timely delivery of STC projects.
  • Support LRU, installation conformities and prototype installations for STC programs.
  • Support vendor and customer meetings as needed
• Process:
  • Help Hughes develop the processes and tools appropriate to a world-class aviation design holder.  These processes will touch all phases of the product development lifecycle including design, development/engineering, sourcing & vendor management, quality systems, supply chain, product & customer support as well as the regulatory relationship.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience of FAA Parts 21, 25, 145, etc. as relates to IFE and IFEC systems.
• This position requires occasional travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DER (or equivalent) certification
• A thorough knowledge of the aviation standards and regulations, and the certification processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with the FAA STC process and its agreements with other international aviation authorities (EASA, DGCA, etc)
• Experience in guiding STC programs.
• Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders to establish technical concurrence.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
