This is an excellent opportunity to join UCLH in this senior board level position which has an impressive track record of producing successive future chief executive officers. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have a proven track record in delivering complex changes in large multifaceted organisations and experience of managing, complex high-profile capital, and strategic projects. We are looking for someone who is a high performer, pragmatic, solutions focussed, a team player and a self-starter. It is important to be able to synthesise and analyse complex information and communicate clearly and succinctly to a wide range of stakeholders.

This role is responsible for providing executive level strategic leadership across the Trust and alongside our partners, ensuring the delivery of our 5-year trust strategy and beyond. The post holder will manage strategic integration, strategic projects, capital development, property services, communications, fundraising, partnership across our communities and leading the design of UCLH’s future across the NHS.
