What You Will Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the overall delivery of ServiceNow Solutions including the design and development of the ServiceNow application components, manage project schedule, resources, risks and reporting. You’ll provide overall guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development teams members. You’ll support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow architecture to ensure success of the project. You will develop implementation plans and roadmap to set the standard for future development, and architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.
What You Will Need:
- Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Financial Management (FM), and Performance Analytics.
- Proven experience in managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment
- Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and product development tracking systems like Jira
- 5+ years of project management in IT industries
- Bachelor's degree
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- US Citizenship
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other ServiceNow certifications, Agile SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL v4 certifications, or PMP
- The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and location. Selected candidate must be local and able to work from one of the following offices: Tysons, VA (HQ); Washington DC as needed. Client meetings may be required in-person.
The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
