Salary: £43,403 per annum (Professional Services Grade 15)

Adult Skills Project Manager - The Role:
Are you passionate about adult education and looking to make a real impact? Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a dynamic and innovative Adult Skills Project Manager to lead, develop, and implement high-quality adult education programs that empower learners, driving employment and career progression.
Adult Skills Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Programme Development: Researching, designing, and implementing transformative adult learning programs. Ensuring these initiatives align with employment trends and career advancement opportunities.
- Budget Management: Overseeing a centralised Adult Skills Fund (ASF) budget, ensuring optimal use of funds and compliance with allocation requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong networks with external stakeholders, including Job Centre Plus, DWP, The British Army, and the Chamber of Commerce, to foster effective horizon scanning and viable programme implementation.
- Team Leadership: Line managing a team of dedicated administrators and lecturers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Quality Assurance: Leading on quality assurance for all adult training and education programmes, ensuring they meet the College's high standards.
Adult Skills Project Manager - You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- a degree and/or demonstrable equivalent knowledge and experience,
- level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualifications in English and Maths or a willingness to work toward them,
- proven experience of funding streams and costing commercial study programmes,
- strong knowledge effective business development and employer engagement,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
