I am working with a inclusive and innovative KS3 and KS4 Pupil Referral Unit who is looking for a committed School Business Manager who can make a difference in the workplace.

This school is a centre of excellence in alternative provision offering academic and vocational qualifications to students from within the local authority, alongside a short stay provision to provide supportive interventions for identified mainstream students, and an outreach team providing targeted support to secondary students within mainstream schools.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Management of the strategy and operation of business functions within the school, including ICT

- Financial Management, including budget and procurement

- Ensuring maintenance of Health and Safety, facilities management

- Human resources management

- General management of team and administration

Experience required:

• Experience of managing a budget of £3.5million +
• Experience of proactively commissioning and developing partnerships with external providers of services
• Experience of negotiating and agreeing contracts
• Experience working in a school or college setting at a management level
• Experience of working with local authorities, parents, professionals and other stakeholders within an educational setting
• Experience of effectively leading and managing people

This is a full time, 52 week permanent role with the opportunity to work from home during the holidays.

We have fantastic Sales Project Manager role working up to 9 months on a fixed term contract covering maternity with a manufacturing business. Solar Project manager required by this leading residential and commercial renewable energy contractor, to manage PV Installation projects in Kent and across the South East.

With full support from the wider team, the Solar Project Manager will be taking the lead on some of the installation of domestic and commercial projects. They will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the mounting system, modules, all DC/AC cabling, inverters, batteries, and connection to the distribution switchgear. Projects range from domestic installations within the southeast to large commercial projects nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience installing and commissioning solar photovoltaic systems. Must have experience in the installation and commissioning of electrical installations (domestic and commercial).
