The Project Manager Business Support for the LSMU has a critical role in ensuring that LSMU program activities can be implemented efficiently and effectively, while maintaining compliance with TSRAs internal corporate processes and Commonwealth Government policy. 
The Project Manager Business Support is responsible, under the direction of the Program Manager, for supporting the operational and financial management of the LSMU and Ranger projects and activities.

Introduction

TLT are looking for an Interim ERP Project Manager who will support our business in executing the implementation of a new ERP System while ensuring stakeholder needs are met. This role will be responsible for owning the project from end to end. You will have a proven track record in Project Managing ERP projects, a strong technical understanding of ERP systems. You will have experience managing complex digital projects through to delivery, whilst having the ability to train others on project documentation and processes. You will be highly distinguished in your communication, possessing the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly and concisely at board level.

The role will require some office attendance will be required so easily commutable distance to Bristol is essential. Experience in Legal Services would be beneficial.

This will be working on a day rate basis via Umbrella company although there are opportunities for this role to lead more permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the project team, consultants, and business users. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• System Implementation: Oversee the installation, configuration, data migration and testing of the ERP system. Ensure that the system meets the organisation's requirements and is integrated with existing systems.
• Training and Support: Oversee the training programs for end-users. Ensure ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure that the system is used effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) may be preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing ERP projects, preferably with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies is also important.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

The Project Manager - Program Oversight and Board Support, works within the Governance and Leadership Program (G&L). 
The role services all program areas, including direct liaison with the Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson.
The G&L program responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Managing the TSRAs internal structures, including secretariat support for the TSRA Board, Audit Committee and Program Steering Committee.
Assisting the TSRA Board, CEO and Program areas to engage with communities across the region.
Ensuring regular communication with Australian, state and local government representatives.
Creating regional leadership capability through targeted leadership development opportunities.
Supporting effective regional media and communication initiatives, including capacity building in communities.

Working under the direction of the Environmental Management Program Manager, the Project Manager (Ranger Operations) works in partnership with the Project Manager, Business Support and other LSMU Project areas on the Torres Strait Indigenous Ranger program delivery.
This position will manage and support the day-to-day operational procedures and associated requirements of rangers, and work closely with the Corporate Services team on infrastructure, assets, resources, IT services, and storage and security requirements.  
The position is supported by four Senior Natural Resource Management Ranger Supervisors who manage rangers in four regional clusters. The position is also supported by a Senior Natural Resource Management Officer (Marine Coordination) who oversees the vessel fleet operations and maintenance.
