As a Senior Digital Project Manager you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large scale and complex digital change projects.

You'll manage a varied stakeholder environment and lead your project team, setting the pace for delivery. You'll work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successfully.
You will manage appropriate governance and reporting, to Digital Directors - communicating and taking ownership of complex issues and influencing decisions that require board level approval.
We're a continuous learning organisation. You'll take responsibility for your own learning and development, especially in project management practice, digital frameworks and technologies and agile ways of working.
You'll also coach and mentor your team and the wider delivery community to build capability and set standards for Project Management in the public sector.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Experience of taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of large-scale complex projects, utilising internal and external suppliers
- You ensure project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained, responding to what the data is telling them appropriately.
- You can prioritise the most important or highest value tasks, using data to inform planning decisions and managing complex internal and external dependencies
- Ability to communicate with others in a clear, honest and enthusiastic way in order to build trust.
- Able to explain complex issues in a way that is easy to understand and influence Senior level decision making
- Experience in identifying appropriate development for both themselves, and their team to improve the delivery outcome.

In return for your skills, we offer competitive pay of up to £63,517.
You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 27.9%.
