Your new role
The organisation is now recruiting for a Business Analyst on the Retail side of the business which acts as a Systems Integrator for a large retail business, operating an integrated retail solution. This encompasses point of sale, back-office retail functionality, warehouse management, supply chain, distribution and data warehousing. The successful Business Analyst will add capability to the existing IT function, taking ownership of requirements definition and analysis, and systems process documentation. Key Responsibilities:

* Able to operate independently with minimal supervision and confident in making critical decisions.

* Used to working with external customers and partners and able to manage demanding stakeholders.

* Excellent communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Multi site and international experience is an advantage.

* Professional BA certification is desirable.
