The role entails being a vital member of the Strategy & Transformation team, offering support to staff and various workstreams. You'll be responsible for delivering high-level administrative assistance to the team, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming correspondence and enquiries and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

1. Provide administrative support to the directorate, including managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
2. Assist in the organisation and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging venues.
3. Process and handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and appropriate action.
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
5. Support the implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department or team.
6. Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative systems and processes.
7. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role and grade as directed by line management.
