• Disseminate key information and company directions to the agency force, while enforcing quality assurance standards to maintain a highly professional distribution sales force
• Resolve Agency issues such as complaints, handling of appeals, transfer of representatives, termination of representatives and compliance issues by working with related departments
• Monitor and follow-up on Field Force Evaluation
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
