Manufacturing Planner
Roles and Responsibilities:
You as a Manufacturing Planner must be able to identify opportunities for improvement, strategy development
for sustainable growth, and measurement of operational and financial performance.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED
- Develop, implement, and track Metrics and KPI’s related to global logistics in line with company and
- local management goals to understand efficiency and cost management
- Execute Financial reporting and analysis on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to keep track
- of investments and to reduce cost
- Participate in freight contract negotiation and rate review under guidance of the Business Line
- Manager and the Supply Chain Manager help you understand cost optimization and understand
- business objectives
- Performs the initial analysis of process improvement ideas and proposals this help in risk analysis and
- further development of product if needed
- Develop unified operations guidelines for logistics and planning across business lines covered by
- his/her geography
- Initiates, develops, and shares best practices, policies, and procedures across the logistics & planning
- organization this way you can receive and help others who needs feedback this way there is a win-win
- situation and you can have a better exposure in Networking
- Be Responsible and accountable for providing carrier and supplier feedback concerning service,
- accuracy, safety, and capacity commitments to gain exposure in networking and to receive feedback
- on product
- Report and investigate any process deviation to ensure continuous improvement on service quality.
- Participate in Service Quality meetings with various suppliers and stakeholders providing feedback on
- past performance and upcoming changes or projections to current business this is to help understand
- how to meet clients expectations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in fields of Engineering with software exposure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eagerness to take on challenges and to learn new skills
