Business Support Officer, Band 3, Full Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm based at Swanswell Point in Coventry

We are seeking an organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook to provide effective administrative and information support to Clinical Team Managers on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will need to be resourceful, flexible, haveexcellent communication and organisational skillswith the ability to work independently in maintaining effective record keeping by inputting and processing clinical and non-clinical data and submitting statistics using electronic information systems.
The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to
children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some
of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
The post holder will need to work on their own initiative, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, confident in problem solving and making informed decisions, attention to detail and effectively recording accurate data in a timely manner is a key requisite of this post.
The post will be varied and include, diary management, organise and coordinate routine and urgent meetings, room bookings, minute taking, managing the recruitment process via TRAC, organising and recording supervisions and PDRs and updating ESR, maintaining e-rosters with annual leave requests and sickness reporting.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in the use of Microsoft word/outlook and experienced in using Excel spreadsheets will also be an advantage. Being able to demonstrate proficient use of TRAC and ESR/e-roster systems will be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
Although the Business Support Officer post will be part of the overall admin team based at the locality, they will have very limited patient access and dedicated to the requirements of the Clinical Team Managers on a day-to-day basis, but line managed by the Locality Admin Co-ordinator, who will provide training, supervision and appraisal reviews.
This role requires you to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services and we are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change and supportive of service improvements.
