Project Management Specialist

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Space Force. You’ll work with program leadership to provide operational and administrative support using tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams, etc. and regular interactions with clients and contractors. You will attend Internal and external meetings to capture, keep, and update actions as assigned and work under direct supervision. The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have:
1+ years of experience working in a professional environment
Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with U.S. Space Force systems and organizations
Ability to be a self-starter with a track record of displaying project leadership
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent mediation and facilitation skills for large meetings

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
