• This role oversee the recruitment operations for the campaign, providing line management guidance and support to the recruitment administrators.
• Coordinating and lead daily morning team meetings to identify and action daily priorities.

The Surgical Specialties Division is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to lead and implement our ambitious outpatient transformation programme. Working with the Head & Neck (H&N) and Trauma and Orthopaedic (T&O) services, the post holder will lead on a range of outpatient optimisation initiatives.

We are looking for a dynamic leader, who is passionate about quality, patient-centred care, and improving efficiency. The key project deliverables will be linked to redesigning new appointment pathways to streamline patient care. The project will seek to improve new:follow up ratio and increase new appointment activity. Additionally, the streamlined pathways should deliver a reduction in follow ups, and/or increase in alternative follow up modalities.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who displays a passion for excellence in NHS services and has strong project experience in a large, complex secondary care environment. You will have experience delivering programmes of change and transformation.
