Are you an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager seeking an exciting new permanent role? Do you have Construction industry experience? Would a hybrid/remote role, covering Birmingham to London be convenient for you? If so, this could be the perfect job for you!
Working within a forward thinking company, your duties as a New Business Development / Sales Manager will include:
* Developing and growing a pipeline of strong opportunities across the Midlands and South of England via a variety of business sectors including both Public and Private Sector Clients
* Sourcing, developing and converting opportunities into project wins
* Delivering required margins whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, negotiating scope/price as needed
* Nurturing leads to generate opportunities and then following up and closing
* Conducting face to face meetings with clients and presenting proposals in person
* Presenting detailed client requirements to design and estimating teams to ensure accurate and clear proposals are produced
* Ensuring CRM is updated
* Attending weekly sales meetings via Teams to discuss pipeline and progress
* Working to targets on calls, visits and order value
You will have experience within the Construction industry along with a proven track record developing relationships and securing business. In addition you will be proactive and personable with excellent communication skills.
This role is hybrid/remote covering Birmingham to London.
