PharmEng Technology is looking for a Project Engineer, responsible for managing engineering projects from conception to completion. The Engineer shall work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget. The primary responsibilities of a Project Engineer may include:
Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinating with project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Design and Development: Developing engineering designs and specifications for projects, evaluating and selecting appropriate materials, equipment, and vendors.
Project Management: Overseeing project execution and coordinating activities of project teams. Communicating project progress to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Compliance: Ensuring that all project work meets regulatory and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and other project records.
Testing and Commissioning: Overseeing the testing and commissioning of project systems and equipment.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Engineer degree in Chemical/Biotechnology/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• Industrial experience in the Bio pharmaceutical/Vaccines – 3-5 years in Project & Process Engineering, & Operations.
•Good technical knowledge coupled with hands-on working experience in pharmaceutical/ vaccines plant engineering services.
• Working experience in start-ups, commissioning & qualification of process systems in an operating plant.
• Individual lead contribution in a medium to large scale project execution track record.
• Good knowledge in pharmaceutical regulatory market requirements and experience in participation of Audits.
• Knowledge in Singapore local statutory regulatory requirements, code of practices related to process industry projects.
• Good knowledge in project procurement to handle vendor & subcontract management, tender review, technical and commercial bid analysis report for the projects proposed.
• Knowledge in project finance for budgeting, cost management & control, ROI, report preparation for medium to large-scale capital projects.
