- Liaise with vendors/contractors, in-house designers, and consultants.
- Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects.
- To ensure site matters tallies with the design drawing and design intent.
- Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress weekly.
- To prepare Project Timeline for Principal's review, and to present to Client for approval prior to starting work.
- Conduct Quality Checks.
- To ensure defect check prior and after each renovation work, and ensure defect rectification to be satisfactory to the company standard before handing over to Client.
- To ensure day to day defect rectification raise by existing or future clients are arranged for rectification on a timely manner.
- To arrange the list of Contractors catered for the project prior to the start of the renovation work, and to present to Principal for approval before asking for costing from the Contractors.
- Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain client's feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.
- To meet potential customer, prepare quotation and close the project.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
