Job Title: Business Support Administrator
IMMEDIATE START
Location: South Cerney
Salary: £13ph
Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hours a week.
Are you someone who’s fully computer literate and has good experience using Microsoft packages including Excel? Are you confident speaking with people via phone and email? Based in South Cerney, you’ll be part of a team providing support across the business through administration and customer service. This is a temp – perm opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Adding hours for agency staff to company CRM system.
• Issusing job tickets.
• Raise purchase orders and goods receipt invoices.
• Booking in customers for site visits.
• General administration.
Skills and attributes:
• Fully computer literate.
• Strong customer service skills via phone and email.
• Able to use a company CRM system.
• Data inputting experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
