This exciting new opportunity is based at our head office in Morley, Leeds. You will be joining a business development team who support and encourage each other to be successful.
This is a sales role requiring a professional and confident approach. You’ll receive full training and an induction during your first few weeks where you’ll meet and visit other depots, offices and external sales people who you will be working with.
You’ll handle existing and new customers, driving the growth of these accounts by actively promoting Groundforce, targeting low spenders and lapsed customers alongside continuing to support our regular spending customers.
Key Responsibilities- Developing customer relationships.
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Maintain the CRM system.
- Promote the products and services of the division
- Work with the other divisions promoting the whole of Groundforce.
What We’re Looking For - Proven track record within a sales environment (ideally in a similar outbound business development role).
- Experience of cold-calling, speaking with prospective customers, asking questions about their business.
- Ability to nurture new customers, understand their needs and offer a solution.
- Able to work autonomously with little supervision. Planning your day/week to meet KPIs
- Target driven and hungry to meet and exceed your targets.
- Excellent customer service skills by telephone, email and in person.
- Computer skills and the ability to learn new systems is a must.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
