Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations across various departments such as Logistics, Manufacturing, General Admin and Manpower planning to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Provide comprehensive support to manager by coordinating departmental activities and managing workflow between different operation site and team members.
• Take charge of employee management, ensuring staff performance aligns with company standards and policies.
• Serve as a liaison with Head of Departments (HODs), ensuring that operational updates and reports are communicated to senior management efficiently.
• Handle travel arrangements and accompany management on business trips when required, taking care of operational matters on-site.
• Perform hands-on tasks from arranging work at lower levels to handling key managerial responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Male candidate and Mandarin literate is preferred to effectively communicate within the organisation stakeholders ( Business nature requirement)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage employees and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience in operations management or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple departments as per operational needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes.

• 願意根據營運需求跨多個部門出差和工作。
• 工商管理、營運管理、物流或相關領域的學士學位/文憑。
• 至少 3 年營運管理、物流或類似職位經驗，在管理團隊和改進營運流程方面擁有良好的記錄。
