FFSG Project Administrator/Coordinator, SCCI Alphatrack Ltd
The Role:
The job will be to administrate and co-ordinate all programmes of work in relation to City Fibre FTTH contract specifically relating to projects in conjunction with ERIS Media.
Liaison will be required internally with the SCCI team in relation to scheduling surveys and organising Installation.
Communication is required with City Fibre, ERIS Media along with their Freeholder client/and or Managing Agents.
The role is new to the SCCI FFSG Team so input will be required on how to best implement process that make this project a successful as possible.
Requirements:
• Previous high volume internal and external relationship management an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) especially with remote points of contact and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio and database management
• Excellent organisation skills and document management essential.
• Managing of surveys/design packs ensuring quality excellence – this includes update of company database (X-Drive).
• Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with FTTH Department, Client City Fibre and working partner ERIS Media.
• To ensure all queries and enquiries from internal and external customers are tracked, responded to and resolved, timely.
• Deliver daily and/or weekly reporting requirements to key stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Suggest and implement improvements to processes or work organisation.
• Is an experienced point of contact for the management team and team members being approachable at all times and providing guidance or assistance as required
• Support other team members during peak periods or to cover absences as required
• Work effectively with other members of the team to provide an overall excellent service from the whole team.
Specifics:
Roles are subject to a 6 month probationary period, after successful completion you'll be entitled to Birthday Leave and to join our healthcare cash plan scheme.
All new staff are required to provide 5 years references, have a valid right to work in the UK and successful DBS and initial Occupational Health assessment.
A driving licence is a must as public transport links to our offices are limited.
