The Strategic Change and Planning Division (SCAP), within the Directorate of Academic and Student Administration (ASA) exists primarily to support strategic decision-making and the Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence team as a bridge between evidence sources and the university business areas, applying their professional skills and expertise to help answer essential strategic questions being addressed by our colleagues in academic faculties, marketing & recruitment, Academic and Student Administration, etc.
Overall purpose of post: As Marketing and Recruitment Planning Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and recruitment planning, analytical needs and strategic decision-making of the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement Directorate, leading the University’s Central Market Intelligence function.
This position requires a driven individual with a passion for higher education and a proven track record in leading a team and/or function supporting marketing and recruitment analyses and overall analytical and planning requirements within a market research setting.
In this role, you will provide relevant analysis and research to inform and support the development of recruitment strategies, support future planning, as well as monitor and report on past and current performance aiding strategic decision-making in areas such as:
● student recruitment,
● conversion activity,
● course portfolio,
● external perceptions/reputation,
● marketing messages and communication.
