Information about IPMOP: The North Central London (NCL) Integrating Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation (IPMO) programme is an NHS England & NHS Improvement initiative that brings together pharmacy,medicines optimisation and medicines safety within the Integrated Care System (ICS) developments.The team work collaboratively with pharmacy colleagues across newly formed NCL Integrated Care System (ICS), including hospital trusts, primary care networks, borough-based medicines management teams and community pharmacy leads. Their main aim is to support an integrated andcollaborative approach to health and social care provision. Please note that this is a fixed term vacancy for one year. The IPMOP team will host the postholder at UCLH and will also provide them with managerial support. We are committed to sustainability and have pledged to become a carbon net zero health service, embedding sustainable practice throughout UCLH. We have set an ambitious target of net zero for our direct emissions by 2031 and indirect emissions by 2040.
