We are looking to recruit an energetic and assertive Planning Advisor working for one of our key clients based in Leigh.
Working within the service department you will be overseeing the co-ordination of a great team of engineers attending appointments in various regions within the UK. You will have the opportunity to use your initiative and experience of building great team relationships working in a fast-paced role for a department that is thriving!
This is an expanding department, so it requires the candidate to be used to a fast-paced environment, use of initiative and have a strong administration background.
What will you be doing as a Planning Advisor?
- Using your great communication skills you will be responsible for co-ordinating a team of 8 engineers and 1 administrator
- Overseeing the daily workload and assisting with the appointments of the engineers
- Supporting between 100-200 sites across the Northwest
- The role will be office based with the opportunity to go out on visits to clients on demand
- Enjoy using your excellent communication skills with flexibility to think on your feet, use your own initiative and be assertive
- Working with a busy and changing workload that has variety everyday
- Use your strong experience in planning, scheduling and managing clients expectations
What skills and experience will you need as a Planning Advisor?
- Youre a strong team player and believe highly in working as a team
- Strong computer literacy using all Microsoft applications, with experience using excel
- You have experience in planning and scheduling of engineers
- Thrive in a fast paced role working to deadlines and strict time frames
- Any experience within Transport, Haulage, Lifting Gear, Hydraulics is advantageous
- Any experience using Loler or puwer would be advantageous
