I have partnered with a growing client based in Central Oxford who are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their diverse team of experts.
You will be joining a busy, global team reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing a great service, with a proactive and flexible approach to ensure you drive best practice.
You will be responsible for providing HR advice, advising on employee relations issues and escalating where necessary. You will drive key HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organisational efficiency, including areas like organisational structure, managing change, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
You will thrive in a busy environment and have the ability to multitask, managing conflicting priorities whilst maintaining good attention to detail. You will be a pragmatic collaborator who has excellent skills in delivery, integrity and also has the ability to challenge effectively. To be successful you should have demonstrable experience within a generalist HR function in the UK/EMEA, experience supporting with employee relations and the ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.
