The HR Partner role is a key role within our clients HR team, partnering with, and providing strategic HR advice and guidance, and challenge where appropriate, to senior leaders and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
It represents the face of our client's employer brand and provides a trusted advisor service to enable their Leadership teams and Functional Leaders and Line Managers to achieve their organisational objectives.
The HR Partner role provides local contextual input to the wider HR team in order to ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are fit for purpose, aligned with the organsational people strategy and support achievement of the organisational culture.
It will deliver on people programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, leadership coaching and development, organisational design and team effectiveness. The role-holder will also support the People Director with various new and ongoing projects as well as support the wider HR team.
Our client is headquartered in Cobham, Surrey.
They also have two other sites in Egham and Hillingdon.
You will enjoy a hybrid way of working and travel to all three sites.
About you
- Strong communication, decision making and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to present innovative people solutions to stakeholders that align with organisational values, whilst navigating commercial needs with legal and compliance.
- Professional, credible and responsive.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of current UK employment law, with the ability to apply commercial thinking to solve ER challenges in a way that aligns with organisational values and culture. - Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions. A strategic thinker.

- Approachable with a positive can-do attitude
