Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects and programs across various industries. The ideal candidate will have over 24 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing offshore and remote resources, and working with 3rd party vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Programme/Project Management:
o Lead and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality standards.
o Utilize both Agile and waterfall methodologies to manage projects, tailoring approaches to suit project needs.
o Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Team Leadership:
o Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, including offshore, remote, and matrix teams.
o Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure team alignment and effective communication.
• Vendor Management:
o Oversee the engagement and performance of 3rd party vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborated and co-ordinated with internal and external stakeholders.
o Vendors management.
o Actively engaged in Senior Stakeholder Engagement and governance.
