You will:
- Serve as a Senior Project or Program Manager by developing strategies to successfully implement program goals for site assessment, site cleanup, and redevelopment.
- Manage a variety of complex grants, cooperative agreements, and inter-agency agreements to states, tribes, local/federal governments, and nonprofits as well as EPA contracts for the assessment and cleanup of Brownfield sites.
- Support/Coordinate and conduct outreach and community involvement activities within EPA and with other entities to promote the assessment, cleanup, and economic and/or sustainable revitalization of Brownfields sites.
- Provide authoritative Brownfields policy, procedural and regulatory guidance and training to state, local, and tribal agencies, and non-government organizations, and support them in efforts to redevelop Brownfields sites. Support senior staff efforts to implement policy and analyze results.
You will spend 25-50%, of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
