The role: Support the production of high-level analytical output and insight that leads the business to drive a positive growth strategy and investors and lenders to understand business performance and outlook.
Job Summary
Support the production of high-level analytical output and insight that leads the business to drive a positive growth strategy and investors and lenders to understand business performance and outlook.
Key Responsibilities
Support in the production of presentations, insight and project support for the Ops Exec Board and its sub-committees.
Provide support into the annual budget and strategic planning process and subsequent in-year forecasting. Produce content for board, investor, or lender presentations.
Provide analytical support in the internal or external benchmarking of homes and segments and the summary of recommended actions to improve and develop performance.
Provide functional business partnering and insight to the marketing team to drive greater understanding of opportunities to improve the occupancy in our care homes, including areas such as enquiry conversion, demand trends and return on marketing investment.
Deliver analytical support to ensure the evolution of pricing and success of related initiatives is well understood.
Produce people-based reporting and insight to the business (e.g., turnover and retention, recruitment pipeline, holiday management) that drives positive action.
Provide support analysis where required for key annual business processes (e.g., pay review, inflation data for price setting) and reporting produced by other functions (e.g., KPIs for management account production).
What We're Looking For:
A part qualified Accountant
Ability to analyse and summarise large amounts of data
Be able to work collaboratively.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge – including advanced Excel starts.
FP&A work in a large or complex multi-site organisations.
