  Ensuring that all routes adhere to legal and business regulations will be essential, and you will take responsibility for balancing compliance with vehicle efficiency and service targets. You will also work closely with the Operations teams to develop transport solutions that address both short-term operational challenges and long-term strategic goals. In this role, the individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the MyProduct Essentials supplier portal, including managing the ongoing change programme across our Trading teams.

• Managing budgets and resourcing requirements (internal & external) for projects of varying complexity.

• Familiarity with robotics technologies and automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
• Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with robotics implementation.
• Project management qualification is desirable.
• Good understanding of the Agile framework function and the interaction with other business areas.
