Service Delivery Operational Planner
Role Purpose
The Service Delivery Operational Planner will maximize growth whilst minimizing Service Delivery inefficiencies. This planner is at the heart of the operation, supporting the delivery of stable operations at Gatwick Airport.
Department activities include managing the service delivery batching capacity, forecasting staff demand and customer flow, and setting out future SD requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Batching modelling to support Service Delivery operations and strategic decision making up to 72 hours in advance.
Leverage the use of statistical analysis to drive performance
Provide insight on future growth potential and impact
Drive continuous improvement with new systems
Developing new batching templates through Excel that gives KPI and cost modelling to drive efficiency.
Analysis of demand and capacity to gain long-term capacity requirements to maximize growth opportunities.
