Business Method transverse and plant key activities:

• Leading Manufacturing part of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects including development of new PLM solution for E2E Digital Continuity (Engineering to Shop floor), including:

• Enrich Operations Catalogue for digital platforms

• Maintain Business Rules for Automation for digital platforms

• Development and deployment of the ME Work Preparation Excellence journey supporting our Production System maturity objectives, the deployment of our Preparation and Execution System and the ramp-up of our key Programs – including:

• Define/update Method/Process/AOS bricks

• Lead business continuity / continuous improvement projects as part of the ME Process-Methods-Tools Roadmap, including (or equivalent in Agile Safe methodology):

• Create/validate Business Requirement Dossier

• Change Request Management; implementation of changes; adjustments after deployment

• Provide and support cost improvement actions; analyze possibilities, create concepts and technical solutions

• Develop the ME competences, knowledge and community of practice

• Provide ME Work Preparation expertise to the Plants & FALs to support (BOS)

• Perform Benchmarking activities; using of existing resources with benefit for Airbus (Internal & external benchmark)

• Manage ME3S Clusters (ME Work Prep & Technical Shop floor Support, NC Programming, Shop floor Process Optimization, including

• Manage FUIN0301 & FUIN0304 processes, including:

• Progress Review Meetings (PRM)

• EASA, EN9100 and Internal Audit Specific NC Programming transverse activities:

• Specify new NC Programming solutions for new means (including PP & PIK creation, and virtual machines for simulation tool)

• Post Processors (PP) / Process Implementation Kit (PIK) improvement Specific Process Performance transverse activities:

• Maintain/develop transverse new methods and tools around Production System Efficiency (PSE) & Employee Empowerment Management (EEM) Bricks

• Update and maintain Transverse databases used by operational (STV Ticon, 3DX…)

• Support PERT Chart • Support Standard Line Balancing (SLB) and thus enable Production Pace Control (PPC) creation and maintenance

• Reduce Efficiency Loss via white space/red space identification, analysis and reduction

• Improve Process and Serial Allocated time via VA/NVA analysis and shop floor process observation

• Check STV golden rules adherence

• Define/update Method/Process/AOS bricks related to STV/SLB

• Define/maintain Digital tool for STV/SLB • Ensure right level of competences of users/stakeholders on STV/SLB

• Coach assess end user in the STV /SLB usage

Business Data Analyst:

The business data analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of various key performance indicators, analysis, data models and analytical tools to provide data analytical support to the Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation team. To provide analytical support, business data analysts are required to comprehend the business and information needs. Business Data Analyst has to provide actionable insights that can be easily interpreted by ME’s ; designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards, etc. that drive meaningful and prompt actionable insights.

Required skills and experience:

• Define and deliver KPI’s, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing the business

• Identify challenges in the process and initiate process improvement projects

• Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights

• Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Tableau, etc.

• Knowledge on carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conducting appropriate data validation.

• Knowledge in Programming languages like Python.

• Knowledge in Data analytics, Statistics, Machine Learning & Deep Learning

• Knowledge in Agile principles and methodologies

Job Description - Project Manager

Airbus Innovation Center - India & South Asia will be responsible for industrializing disruptive technologies by tapping into the strong engineering competencies center while also leveraging and co-creating with the vibrant external ecosystems such as mature startups/MSMEs, national labs & universities and strategic partnerships (customers, suppliers etc.). 

The technology focus areas that the Innovation Center will focus on are - decarbonization technologies, artificial intelligence, industrial automation, unmanned air systems, Connectivity, Space Tech, Autonomy etc. among others.

The project manager in the Airbus Innovation Centre will work closely with all the product owners and help track development milestones, timelines, associated budgets, all gate reviews and support the HO Airbus Innovation Centre with reporting progress to the sponsors.

Your main responsibilities

• To lead, direct and coordinate project management activities for Airbus Innovation Centre India & South Asia (AIC)

• To setup/establish and maintain the tools and process for AIC project management

• Responsible for compliance of the tools and process of AIC project management

• Responsible for ensuring all AIC project plans and budgets are consistent with project requirements and context.

• Develops and manages operating budgets as appropriate and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses

• Monitors risks vs deliveries and ensures adequate mitigation plans, escalate issues and facilitate project reviews with every stakeholder.

• Coordinates and oversees timely deliveries while keeping a watch on cost and quality.

• Work with cross functional teams on assigning tasks, establishing project deliverables and scheduling of those tasks and deliverables.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and their respective project teams complexity and backgrounds through the entire Project Life Cycle.

• Collect and consolidate management data/reports in order to track performance against AIC goals and strategy. 

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, project management with 7-9 years of experience directly related to the specified responsibilities

• Project management certification is preferred

• Multi-project management/portfolio management experience

• Virtual collaboration capabilities

• Good in communication and Experience developing & delivering executive level presentations
